JKCB's programs run for six weeks in the summer months.
During the first week, all players participate in a variety of activities that allow JKCB Staff to assess each player's level of ability. Through this process, the coaches form evenly matched teams.
Following the evaluation process, each player is placed on a team. At the first game, players are given their season schedule. During the final weeks, all teams have a chance to compete for a playoff spot in the Jr Kings Championship.
Each team plays 1-2 games per week. Game time will be on the schedule, or you can view the website. Games will be played on the full court, with two 16 minute halves and a 5 minute half time break.
Fair play is a must with JKCB. The coaches ensure that all players receive equal playing time, regardless of the level of playing ability. Exception to this rule is during the last 8 minutes when coaches select the line up.
